With series 8 edging closer and closer, it’s no surprise
that Peter Capaldi’s presence in Doctor Who might affect some of his other work.
It’s been confirmed that as a result of his role as the latest incarnation, the
Scottish actor will not be appearing in the second series of the popular
Musketeers.
Whilst it’s unclear how his portrayal of the villainous
Cardinal will actually exit the show, it does invite certain questions: How
does this affect Doctor Who? Does this mean he might be staying longer than
originally thought? Only time will tell.
